Fashionation Cooma Socials

On Saturday 30 April, three Leiden contributors descended on Cooma to cover Fashionation. Presented by The Community Chest and sponsored by Australian Wool Innovation, the event set out to showcase the work of local designers as well as highlight the region’s wool industry. The event took place in a large wool shed which created the perfect atmosphere for a night of celebrating wool. Almost 400 guests enjoyed the runway show, drinks and canapés, the Challenge item auction, designer pop-up shops and a post show bar. Rebel Muse Boutique First Birthday Socials

Today marked the first birthday of Canberra based fashion boutique Rebel Muse. To celebrate this milestone, Rebel Muse hosted a VIP shopping night in store followed by a dinner at Braddon hotspot, eightysix. As if this wasn’t enough, the designer duo behind super hot athleisure brand P.E Nation, Claire Tregoning and Pip Edwards, came down from Sydney to launch the brand in Canberra, but more on that later. Canberra Choreographer James Batchelor was back in his home town this weekend to speak as part of a panel on dance at Parliament House.
