At Leiden we declare this month Self Love September! That’s right we are dedicating the entire month to investigating and celebrating our bods and what’s inside our bods no matter what form it takes.
We recently found out about the launch of a new book that is right up our alley. Canberra author Rachael Torrealba’s new tome I Love Who I am: Igniting Self – Worth is a match made in heaven for Self Love September.
When Rachel encountered the grief of being alienated from her children after a marriage break-up, she couldn’t contemplate reading a single page. She has now finished writing a book that ignites the world she once lived in and explodes the myth that you have to be a ‘superwoman’ to move on.
I Love Who I am: Igniting Self – Worth is a personal story of Rachel’s struggles with emotional abuse which led to depression, her search for peace, and her enduring hope for the future. This book is for anyone who wants to know how to ignite self-worth, be happier, more resilient and love themselves more.
