Herbosophy — My New Favourite Herb Supplier

I’ve been taking natural herbal supplements for as long as I can remember. However, they can be expensive and it is often time consuming to find organic and unrefined products.

I recently discovered an online herb supplier, Herbosophy. A family run business in Perth, Western Australia, Herbosophy offers a range of quality herbs that are encapsulated on order. This means you are receiving the most fresh and pure herbs that are filler and preservative free.

Their range is diverse, with herbs I’ve never heard of before on offer. Whilst I recommend consulting a healthcare professional before commencing a new supplement regiment, I have personally achieved great results by incorporating the below herbs into my daily routine:

This plant has been used for centuries for its blood detoxifying and hormone balancing properties. I use this mainly for my skin and it has significantly reduced my breakouts. I take this daily.

Nettle Leaf

The leaf of stinging nettle has wonderful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. I also use this in combination with burdock to help my skin (both for blemishes and my eczema) as well as helping ease muscle and joint inflammation. I take this daily.

This powerful anti-fungal and anti-viral herb helps boost my immune system as well as prevents thrush (yeast infections). I take this daily.

Olive leaf

Another great immune system booster due to its high levels of antioxidants. This herb has helped ward off many colds and flus during the winter months. It has also been suggested to improve cardiovascular health. I take this daily.

Containing alkyamides, echinacea is a strong antiviral immunity booster. I usually only take this if I am starting to feel run down or a bit sick.

If you’re a fellow herb-lover or just want to try something, I definitely recommend Herbosophy. It’s cost-effective, quick delivery, fresh, and they have great customer service.
