  Canberra’s annual fashion festival, now in its fifth year, has kicked off at the National Convention Centre in the heart of the city. As always, the red carpet was rolled out and the photo wall was in high demand as show goers jostled for a position, eager to document and share their outfit choices.   It’s time again for Canberra’s annual fashion event FASHFEST. After four years you know the drill, there will be a red carpet, live music, a photo wall and of course, non-stop fashion.   What’s New This Year?   A Focus on Indigenous Textiles In its fifth year, FASHFEST will showcase textile art and designs from the Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair Foundation.
