Thinking of Food… in the Long Term

How much thought do you put into the food you’re about to put into your mouth? There’s a good chance if you are health conscious you are choosing foods which are healthy, meaning they are unprocessed, mostly plant based and includes some lean meats and whole grains. If you’re not so health conscious you’re probably selecting foods which you have always eaten and you choose these foods based on taste first and as habit second. Our bodies are amazing things but not all are the same. In the area of nutrition some people can have a range… Continue Reading

It makes sense to promote new diet trends at the start of the year because that’s when many people set their health and fitness goals, or resolutions for the New Year. This year, depending on who you are following, you will find a huge range of people spruiking what you should eat, how much you should eat, when you should eat it and, of course, what you should avoid. This year the wonderful bunch from Appetite… Continue Reading
