Designer Opshop Emporium – Mixing Modern and Vintage

Is Fyshwick the new Braddon? Given that the # has been used a grand total of six times by the one account, maybe the idea hasn’t caught on quite yet. Fyshwick can, however, count one Braddon expat amongst its ranks, in the newly opened Designer Opshop Emporium.

In their new venture, mother and daughter duo Sharyn and Taylor Pitsilos have expanded upon what we came to know and love them for in their Braddon home of five years: a unique mix of modern and vintage. The new Emporium is light, airy, and quite importantly, it’s much larger.

Amongst the beautiful pre-loved clothing, jewellery, furniture and glasswear are concession spaces from other businesses including flowers and plants from St Valentine, bespoke linens and cushions from Luxe and Beau and curated furniture and collectibles from The Modern Object.

Designer Opshop Emporium is a collaborative hub, brimming with treasures. Shoppers can enjoy a coffee while perusing the racks of warm furs, shelves of designer treasures, or collectible homewares. The first 50 people through the door on opening day, Saturday 2 May will receive a goodie bag. Doors open at 9am.
